Changes & returns
Changes are made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
In this case, the customer is charged only with the direct cost of returning the products as well the new shipping is free. (In case the customer chooses to send by Post, the company declares that it cannot pick up the product)
Returns will be accepted after the necessary inspection. The products must be in excellent condition, exactly as received, without any damage to the packaging and without removing their special markings (badges / barcodes). Also, the customer should include a copy of the sales receipt.
To complete the product change process, the customer should contact us by e-mail at email@example.com by entering the order number or by telephone at 24310 30548 (Monday-Saturday 10.00 - 14.00 and Monday-Wednesday-Friday 18.00 – 21.00 ) within the above deadline. If the new product has a lower price than the returned product, the difference in value will be credited, and if the price is higher, the payment of the resulting difference will be charged to the new shipment.
*The changes apply to the current product price.
**Changes are only made between products of the same season.
If the customer is not satisfied with his / her purchase, he / she is further entitled to return the purchased product and request a refund (right of withdrawal). In case of a refund, the customer being charged the cost of returning the product, as the return of the product should be done at his own expense.
Any refund will be accepted upon receipt and inspection of the products by the company.
After receiving the product and finding that the product has not been used and is in excellent condition (both the product itself and its packaging), the service department will inform by e-mail or telephone the customer about the way of handling. The refund is made within fifteen (15) working days in the same way that the purchase was made: if the payment has been made via credit card, the amount is credited to the card with which the purchase was made and if the payment has been made using the method a cash deposit or a bank deposit, the refund will be made by depositing into a bank account to indicate to us. Please, send full account details (name, IBAN ) in the case of cash on delivery or bank transfer.
In case that the return is not made within the specified period or if any of the return conditions are not met, jabik.gr reserves the right not to accept the products return and not to replace them or refund.
*OFFERS products are excluded from the refund terms.
In case that the reason for the return of the products relates to a company error or a defective product, the cost of returning the product will be charged to jabik.gr, provided that the return will be with the courier company that will give you.
Alternatively, you can visit one of our stores with the product to be changed / returned and the receipt or invoice.

If for reasons of force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the specified time, the customer will be informed via e-mail to indicate whether he wishes, in these circumstances, to proceed with order. Jabik.gr bears no responsibility for any situation outside its own fault and will make it humanly possible for the best service of the customer.
If the customer receives his order and finds that some product is missing from the total order, please contact us in order to arrange all the details required and to send the omitted products without any extra charge.
Defective products are marked as damaged products upon receipt or those exhibiting a manufacturing error within one (1) month from the date of purchase. The company is not responsible for any damage to the products after use and is not obliged to replace them in any way.
All products with a marked manufacturing defect will be replaced with the same product (if available), differently the consumer can choose anything else from our store at the same price.
However, in case of controversial complaints, the company reserves the right to return the products to the manufacturer for review to determine whether the complaint is real. The user will be informed of the progress of his complaint.
On returning and re-sending defective products, the customer does not incur any shipping costs.
If there is a financial difference for the new order, it is charged to the customer.

The online store www.jabik.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The company undertakes to update this text for any change or addition to the terms. The use of this web site and its services requires and confirms acceptance by the user of pre-existing terms, as applicable, with the above-mentioned modifications, interventions and deletions by the Company.
